Natalie has been riding and competing in Dressage for most of her life. She started riding at age 5 and has been in love with horses ever since. Earning her Bronze Medal, Silver Medal with Distinction, and completing the L Judging Program as an L Graduate with Distinction has helped shape and expand her understanding of Dressage. Her passion and knowledge for horses goes beyond the sport as she has a deep love and respect for horsemanship. One of the main draws that Dressage brings to Natalie's life is the connection it develops between horse and rider in a way that makes sense in all disciplines. Natalie owns and operates her farm in Rocky Point, NC and is able to travel to help expand the knowledge of others. She is very proud of her enthusiasm for teaching and brings a great balance between a positive and constructive view to her lessons. Creating new and helpful exercises will leave you with obtainable goals to work towards in every lesson.

Savannah has pursued her passion for horses since she was 3 years old. She started off in Hunter/Jumpers then transitioned to eventing with the United States Pony Club. Savannah graduated Pony Club with her H-B rating and a wealth of knowledge in horsemanship as well as riding. In her adult years, Savannah has developed a love for Dressage through expert coaching. In 2021 Savannah became a Professional in order to pass along her knowledge through lessons and training green horses. in 2024 she had the honor of receiving the USDF Bonze Medal on Natalie's horse, Aftyn. Today, Savannah works as Natalie's Assistant Trainer at Laughing Dog Farm while also traveling locally for students and horses in training. Horses are a life long passion that Savannah continues to pursue through further education, competitions, and regular lessons.

Matt is the love of my life, outside of children and horses of course! He is incredibly supportive of this busy lifestyle. The ability to raise two small children on a farm with horses, chickens, dogs, and surrounded by nature is something that is important to us both. My parents are just down the road and are always helping on the farm and with Madelyn and Tate!

Our 4 legged friends are always part of the welcoming committee here on the farm. When you drive in, you will most likely be greeted by Oly, our pack leader followed quickly by Roux and Olive. They bring so much joy to all of our lives.

Joe is the reason for Laughing Dog Farm's creation and having the heart to see it succeed. We are so fortunate to have found each other 15 years ago and call each other family to this day. Joe lives on property with us and we wouldn't have it any other way. Sometimes family isn't relatable by blood and the bonds are even stronger because it's by choice!
